The INFN is present in Lombardy with three sections,
- the section of Milan, with headquarters at the Department of Physics of the University of Milan, Via Celoria 16, -20133 Milan, (which includes the LASA Laboratory, Via F.lli Cervi 201, -20090 Segrate)
- the Milan Bicocca section with headquarters at the Department of Physics at the University of Milano Bicocca, Ed. U2, Piazza della Scienza 3, - 20126 Milano
- the section of Pavia, headquartered in Via Agostino Bassi, 6 - 27100 Pavia.
All sections of Lombardy are registered in the "Questio" and "Open Innovation" system of the Lombardy Region and belong to the Lombard Cluster "Life Sciences" (Scienze della Vita).
